Your board, in conjuction with numerous volunteers from within the organization, have been working hard to update and revise the Storm Bylaws.
Please mark your calendar for an open parent meeting February 27, 2012 from 6pm to 7pm, at Woodgrove High School (in Coach Joe Spicer's Classroom - THANKS JOE!!)
The purpose of the meeting is to distribute and discuss the bylaws with the organization. There will not be a vote to ratify the revised bylaws this night. Voting will be conducted via an email proxy to all organization members, regardless of whether they were able to participate in this open meeting. This will provide the broadest possible access for families wishing to vote on ratification.

The winter indoor practice facility is scheduled beginning early December 2011.
Volunteers are needed to help get the space ready for the girls.

The Storm 12U Black is selling baked goods on Friday June 25th in front of the ReStore in Purcellville. They will be there from 9 a.m. until all the goods are sold. Come out and buy something sweet to eat.
Also, raffle tickets will be available to purchase for the quilt designed and stitched by Nancine Pike. Tickets for the raffle are $5 each.

The Loudoun Storm 10u softball team is putting together a homemade pulled pork BBQ dinner fundraiser on Saturday, June 5th from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the Round Hill Firehouse.
The menu will be Pulled Pork, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Dessert, Iced Tea, Lemonade, & Water. Tickets will be sold in advance and will be $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for kids under the age of 10. All proceeds will be used for team travel expenses for Pony Nationals held in Delaware July 6th - 11th!
